2024 International Conference on Telecommunications and Power Electronics (TELEPE 2024) will take place from May 29 to 31, 2024 in Frankfurt, Germany. The highly multidisciplinary conference will bring together all experts, researchers and innovators from business, industry, academia and government agencies to discuss concepts and experimental results.

We would like to thank the related chairs and the session organizers for their management of the presentations. We also appreciate all contributions and cooperation by the committee members, sponsoring societies and organizations towards the success of the conference. We do hope that the conference will highly be successful and fruitful to all participants and that you will fully enjoy the conference in both its technical and social aspects at telecommunications and power electronics.

The review process of TELEPE 2024 is double-blind. Each submission is anonymously reviewed by at least two reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of each accepted submission. The technical program committee will perform a shrinking process for the submitted paper about the scope and tracks of the conferences prior to the review process. TELEPE 2024 guarantees that the entire peer review and publication process is meticulous and objective. Furthermore, all works not in accordance with these standards will be removed from the publication if malpractice is revealed at any time even after the publication.

Reviewers evaluates the submitted paper based on the following criteria:
- Originality of the paper
- Theoretical contribution
- Innovation of the paper
- Accuracy of the method
- Discussion of the results
- Paper presentation and clarity
- Literature reviews of the related works
- Follows appropriate ethical guidelines
